the 7 steps: Gain, Do, Regret, Change, Fail, Lose, Repeat...

Have you ever NOT been yourself? I'm not talking about, "i'm just not feeling like myself today." I mean REALLY for a LONG time... you just haven't been you. And you can see and feel parts of you dying off and falling away. And when you're not yourself, you do things you would NEVER do. You think ways you'd NEVER think. You can't seem to fight off the same DEMONS you could have before. Before you lost .. YOU.
IF you lose a pet, you often replace it quickly and learn to love it the same as the old.
IF you lose your cellphone, you instantly race down to the store and either get the same one or a new one. And then you have to reset it to your life once again.Which can often take awhile.
IF you lost your legs, they give you a wheelchair, or prosthetic legs. An adjustment you have to make.
*FOR any LOSS we have to LEARN how to COPE and to DEAL. To ADJUST*.

So, if you lost your sense of security... What would you do? How would you adjust?
A) Continue being afraid
or
B) Deaden the fear / choose to feel no fear

What if because you chose (A), along with it killed: trust, honesty
What if because you chose (B) and killed the fear, along with it killed: guilt, remorse

Now what kind of person would you become if you chose .. BOTH?
First (A), then (B)?

How long could this person last:
 in a relationship?
in a bad situation?
in a lie?

Just a little something I've been trying to process....
*The best way not to get your heart broken is to pretend like you don't have one.*
